1. Payments:

You can make your payments by credit card.

2. Validity of Your Orders:

Your orders become valid the moment your payment is received by Paşabahçe Mağazaları. Therefore, your orders will be processed based on stock availability at the time when payment is received. The amount of orders that cannot not be completed will be refunded to you.

4. Delivery :

  • Since the shipping cost is paid at the time of purchase of products, there will be no extra shipping payment at the time of delivery.
  • Your order is delivered to the contracted shipping company once Paşabahçe Mağazaları receives your payment.
  • Causes such as customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, missing transfer, etc. are beyond the scope of the determined time limit.
  • It is possible for packages sent abroad to be subject to customs in the country they are delivered to. Customs fees may vary depending on your order and the country concerned. Paşabahçe Mağazaları refuses responsibility in the event that the products it has sent are subject to customs procedures and various taxes; in cases like this, the responsibility is the customer's.
  • Although our deliveries vary depending on the country you are located in, they are made within 7 to 12 days.
  • You can track the delivery of your orders from the my orders section, and get the latest updates on your shipment.
  • You can choose different addresses for billing and shipping at the time of purchase. In that case, you will receive the bill while the product is sent to the address you stated.
  • When the delivery notice regarding the shipment delivered to the address is signed by the customer, the products are considered received in full and damage free.

Product Returns

You have the right to return a product within 14 days after delivery.

You can start the return process of a purchased item from the my orders section of the e-store, as well as via the e-mail indicated in the contact section of our website. Following a review, you will be notified via phone or e-mail, and expected to send the product to us.

All your returns must be made via the shipping company that was used by Paşabahçe Mağazaları for delivery. Products sent through different shipping companies will not be accepted.

- Returns must be made with the original packaging and product accessories.

- The product must be damage-free, and sent along with all of its accessories, certificates and all copies of its invoice.

- The buyer is responsible for a product that is not sent in its original packaging, or short shipment of product accessories.

The shipping cost of a product that was returned in whole through notification pursuant to current Consumer Legislation will be covered by Paşabahçe Mağazaları, while those sent without notification or in part will be covered by you. In that case, you acknowledge and accept that you will pay the aforementioned shipping cost.

- If the invoice of the product you want to return was drawn in the name of a taxpayer (to real or legal persons who are obliged to draw up invoices), the product must be returned along with its return invoice. The return invoice must be drawn without including the shipping share (and as product unit price + VAT). The returns of orders, the invoices of which were drawn in the name of taxpayers (to real or legal persons who are obliged to draw up invoices) will not be accepted if a RETURN INVOICE was not drawn.
